When you have given it all, it’s hard to not at all.
I have to admit that my absent will continue for a few more days. I'm in working progress with a new story. I feel it. This one will be a really good one!
But if I want it to be good, nearly perfect, it has to be working on. I want this one to be one of my best works. Ever. And I know I can do it! Wiht lots of time and no pressure, this one will be perfect.
I can't wait until I can show it for you!

As a winner, I stood on topen of the mountain, looking out over my new life.

Finally the day came when she cut her hair.
Years of confidence fell quietly on the floor.
She were now able to do what she wanted
without a single thought about what other would think of her.
she was proud of herself. She had never before in her simple life , thought that she would reach her true goal - be the one she wanted to be and never give others opinions a second thought.
She was now able to live in peace.

It's ok to smile for yourself.

there is one place
there is one place, one secret place where the clouds are closer to the ground than anywhere else.
I usually go there often and the place is just mine. because I like it very much, most of all.
with both feet on the ground and my hands close to the sky, I feel safe.
no one can hurt me, no. because I live close to the sky. under your protection.

Bento - Part 2
Like I said - this part will show you what you need to get more of the japanese feeling. (-:
When you are going, for exempel picnics, you can take a bento whit you and your friends. To get the real feeling you can use 4 things that are made for bento.
Bentobox, chopsticks, band, bag!
A bento box is designed to hold a lunch for one. Some of the boxes are microwave-safe, but most of them are not.

This is what a bento box look like. The shape can vary.
The elastic red band allows the lid not to fall off.
Chopsticks and chopsticks holder. Sometimes you also has a elastic band around the chopstick holder.
This is the bag you put your bento in. It is also called kinchaku.
The furoshiki. You use it to tie up a square bento boxes instead of put it into a bag.
But it would work fine with a box of any shape to use the furoshiki.
Usually you match all the parts like this.

Good night
Bento - Part 1
Do you know what a Bento (弁当) is? No? Then allow me to explain it. (-:
A bento is like a lunch box, a single-portion takeout or home-packed meal. It’s common in Japan. A traditional bento consists of rice, fish or meat, and one or more pickled or cooked vegetables.
A bento is not only made at home. You can buy bento in train stations, convenience stores and special bento shops. It is common for Japanese wifes to spend a lot of time to make bento to their children, husband or them self.
Bento can be very elaborately arranged in a style called kyaraben. Kyaraben means character bento. Kyaraben is typical decorated to look like different anime characters or video games. Another type of bento is called oekakiben. Oekakiben means picture bento, which is decorated to look like people, animals, buildings or flowers. Contests are often held where bento arrangers compete for the most aesthetically pleasing arrangements.
This is what's a traditional bento is like.
This bento is a kyaraben. The decoration show us Kuchiki Byakuya, a charactar from the famous anime show Bleach.
And this one is a oekakiben. You can see it by the flower and the ladybird.
I think bento is super cute! If I will do a bento, then I will do a kyaraben and create a decoration from a anime I really like! (-:
I think it's good to be creative, it's fun and it's good for your mind. And if you can make the food to look cute and delicious, it will be funnier to eat it, right?
Next part of bento will be about stuff that you need to get the real japanese feeling.
Please look forward to it!

Remind me just who we are
- 泣かないで
- ごめん
I apologize for everything I've done
and I'm sorry that I am cruel
but the truth is
we will never reach the light again
I need all of you
wind, lend me your ear
and earth, lend me your protection
water, lend me your strength
and fire, lend me your anger
together, i know, we will do wonders
And it's a good thing, I think
it's something that holds me back
is it you
or..
i know it terrifying well
that i'm not a nice person
i'm cruel
i'm not even honest
towards you, towards me
i'm going to fall
yeah,
i'm going to fall
and this time i will not reach out to you
no
this time will be a difference
i think
The ground has fallen apart
but to be honest
yeah,
to be honest
I'm cruel
and I know terrifying well
that I'm not a nice person
I'm not honest.
Towards you, towards me.

March 14 - White day!
Like I've said before - I love Japan!
Therefore I have made a descision to make a new category in my blog. It will simply be named Japan. In this one you will find a lot of funny info! He-he.
Todays topic is White Day!
Todays date is March 14. A whole month after February 14. And everybody know wich day February 14 is, right?
Yes, Valentine's day!
In Japan Valentine's day is the day for girls to give chocolate to the boy she like. To show him that he is her number one. The girls do not expect to to get something from the boys. But don't get too excited if you get chocolate from a japanese girl! It might be "Giri-choko (Obligation chocolate)." Women give chocolate not only to their loved ones. "A true love" chocolate is called "Honmei-choko). Giri-chocolate is given to mes such as bosses, colleagues or male friends that women have no romantic interest in, just for friendship or gratitude.
The concept of "giri" is very Japanese. It is a mutual obligation that the Japanese follow the dealing "if you do me a favour, then I will feel obligated to do something for you." Unlike the West, sending a Valentine's cards is not common in Japan, and the phrase "Happy Valentines" is not used at all.
And to get back to March 14 - White Day is the day for boys who had honmai-choco or giri-choco (mostly honmai-choco) to return a favor by giving gifts, usually more expensive than the chocolate they got. Things that are popular as a White Day gift is cookies, jewellery or white chocolate.

I think this is nice and cute! Much more fun and more exciting than getting postcards!
What do you think?
Hope you learned something new and fun.
Hang in there!
It pains me to see what happens with Japan and what happens to the people. I hope, really hope that everything will be fine. Hold on, stay strong Japanese people!
Mom asked me if I would give up my future trip to Japan. I answered quickly and easily.No. I love the country, although I've never been there. Yet.
I really want to go to the country that lives in my heart.
Because I know I belong there, I know it.
I know I belong in my beloved country of Japan.
Sometimes you have to stop think and just do
Am I really doing my best right now?
remember
just keep on going
all your effort will be worth everything in the end
so when you think you are fighting the most, ask yourself
am I really doing my best right now?
soon enough, you'll understand
you can do so much more than you think
Sometimes there are things about you that I don't understand at all
- Maah. Why are you crying?
- Because! Because Ryu are so kind to me.
- Should you really cry then, if I'm so kind? It make me feel uneasy.
- Oh. I'm sorry!
- Hey hey, don't start again!
- But!
She's hopeless. She never think about my feelings. She do whatever she like, she speak without thinking and always weep for stupid things. She's a big airhead! But I can't dislike her.
This is how she is.
And I will never ever beg her to change.

In my eyes I only see you
- Are you crying?
- No. He-he. No. It's just the rain.
Thank goodness..
よかった
I've waited so patiently for you to wake up..
You're my reason why
Don't ever let my heart
stop before yours
I swore that I would protect you. Even if it cost me my life.
Don't cry.
I'm happy that I sacrificed my life for you.
Unspoken words
Let me belong in your precious memory.
When lies becomes reality
You have nothing to fear
if
you have nothing to hide
Yes, no. What?
Honey, I'm sorry. You have to give me a chance to apologize, right? I'm a human too. Don't you think I would feel any guilt?
There are more important things than becoming an adult.
Right now I'm at work, but I have a break. I really enjoy my job. The days are short and the people I work with are great!
But I can not bring myself to not miss high school. The banal problems of teachers, silly fights with friends, the stress before a test and breaks on hot summer days ... The boys played basketball and the girls cheering them on. Laughing with friends, disgusting school lunches. Everything.
All that is in my past. Sometimes I wish that I took better care of the time there. Time passes much too quickly. Three years fly by faster than you think.
Obviously you can not stop time. I know. Therefore, I take my step foreward without thinking too much. But if it would only be for a short while, I would like to experience the high school one last time.
Well .. the break is over.
Time to work.
The promised land
You know what they say, right?
Someday the dark will surpass.
So stand up, fight!
Call out to the friends you thought you've lost.
Together we will search for the promised land.
You know what they say, right?
Someday the dark will surpass.
So stand up!
Call out to the friends you thought you've lost.
We will search for the promised land.
Someone. Anyone.
Please. Tell me what to do.
I can not make my own decisions.
Not now. Not in this.
Maah.
Or do me a favor.
Kill me.
Hi. Emiko speaking!
I think it may be fun if I wrote some words from my free mind and not always poems and stories, don't you think?
Well... I've been running this blog for... let's see, three months now. I think. Some of my readers know who I am, some don't, pretty obvious maybe, ha-ha? I have to commit that Emiko’s not my real name. I thought it would be fun if I wrote my poems and stories under a penname. I've never done it before. So it’s kinda exiting to me.
Okay... The story behind the name Emiko is quite simple. I heard it in an Anime and I basically fell for it in no time. I started to use it as mine and now it’s a part of me.
It was, hm... A month, I think… after I started to use it that I came to remember that Japanese name always has a meaning. I was too curious to not Googel it.
If we separate the both syllables we find Emi and Ko. Emi means beautiful or blessed. Ko simply means child. If we then put them together it will be Blessed, Beautiful Child.
I think it suits me, even if I’m not a child anymore. Oh, now I sound high and mighty and all full of myself. That’s not the case! All I mean is I like myself. It’s totally unnecessary to hate yourself and it isn’t before you love yourself you are able to lover other.
One last thing before I end this, Swedish people usually put emphasis on the O in Emiko, that's wrong, and some put too much emphasis on the I. That's also wrong. You should express it like this; Emiiko. Well… hope you understand. He-he.
I also hope you look forward to my other works. Oh, I almost forgot. I want to thank you people for like what I’m doing. 本当にありがとうございました!
Hontōni arigatōgozaimashita!
本当にありがとうございました!
The last words are japaneese and you say it in this way; Hontōni arigatōgozaimashita! It means Really, thank you very much!
Bye.
I'd wouldn't mind being loved by you
But you and me will never see the light.
Meeting is a beginning of parting
It doesn’t matter how many times I got hurt by you. Or you by me.
I can't help it. I find myself, far from hate you, actually I hope that our wounds will scar, like burns...
Because then you never will forget me and never will be able to leave my side.
I will never love like this again.
It doesn’t matter how many times I got hurt by him. Or him by me.
Cause I can't help it. I found myself far away from hate him. Actually, I hoped that our wounds would scar, like burns..
Because then he never could forget me and never ever be able to leave my side.
My most precious friend
When you smile, I adore you the most
so
I want you to smile
every day, every single day
please,
just keep on smiling
so
I want you to smile
every day, every single day
please,
just keep on smiling
